Zumba class update
No Zumba class at TLC tonight due to basketball games. Search Zumba.com for available classes!
A big shout-out to everyone to made it out to the Toys for Tots Zumbathon charity event! The marines carried off a full box of toys (as well as sweaty uniforms ;) – what a blessing for some children around Christmas time. :)
Zumba class update!
• TLC is the place to be for your Monday night Zumba® fix! 7-8 p.m., $1 per person.
• Also, join us for a free “test” Zumba® class at Fiddle Fire this Wednesday at 6:30 pm. We’re going to see if the facility will work so that we can resume our Tuesday/Wednesday class schedule. The location is at the corner of Avenue G and Oakes Street. Please enter through the back door near the parking lot.
• The Pregnancy Help Center is in need of baby wipes and diapers of all sizes. A group of us will soon be collecting donations through our Zumba® classes. We will keep you informed of when and where to take any baby wipes/diapers. :)
• Save the Date! Zumbathon® charity event for Toys For Tots – Saturday, December 1, 1:00-3:00 p.m. at the YMCA gym. Admission is a new unwrapped toy or a donation ($5 minimum). We hope to see you there for a jolly good time!

Zumba class update
Some upcoming events to keep in mind:
Girls Night Out: Tonight from 7:25 to 8:00 pm, there will be a free Zumba® Fitness demo at the Goodfellow Carswell building for “Girls Night Out.”
TLC class: Kasey has your morning wake-up call on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. $1 per person.
Zumba® Halloween Masquerade Party: Join us this Sunday, October 28, 2012 for a Zumba® Fitness Masquerade Party from 6 to 9 pm at Yaya’s (address: 610 Locust). There will be some Zumba, some real dancing, and food! There is no cost to Zumba® students – just show up and party! Feel free to wear a costume or mask. :) This will be a potluck affair, so bring a snack or dish if you would like to contribute. We hope you can make it! (Facebook event link here)
United Way Zumbathon®: This charity event is in Abilene on Saturday, November 3 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. See flyer below for details.
