Zumba® Moves Event – Saturday, October 15

Help break a Guinness World Record and support breast cancer treatment!

Register online at www.angelo.edu/LWBIWH or sign up in person at Foster Field (1600 University Ave) at 2 p.m. Event begins at 3 p.m. T-shirts available by donation.

Once everyone’s warmed up, they’ll start the clock and move until San Angelo puts its mark in a book of legends! This event is hosted by the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health.

Party in Pink™ Zumbathon® – Saturday, October 22

Several Zumba® instructors from around town will be leading routines, so “pink out” and help a great cause! Registration opens at 6 p.m. at Mejor Que Nada’s Beer Garden (455 South Oakes). Enjoy two full hours of Zumba® moves from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Free water and snacks; door prizes will be given away! Purchase tickets at the door or at our SABA class–$10 per person.

100% of the proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, an organization that works to raise awareness for breast cancer and find a cure.

Zumba® Halloween Party – Sunday, October 30

Throw on a costume and have a “thriller” of a good time! 5–7 p.m. at Angelo Skate and Fun Center (34 Buick St, across from Rosa’s Cafe). Tickets are $5 in advance, $10 at the door–see Mary, Eric, or Blanca. Proceeds from this party will help fund a BIG surprise Zumba® event planned for March 2012!

GO RED Zumbathon® – Saturday, November 5

Registration begins at 9 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with special vendors selling items. Two-hour Zumba® event runs from 10 a.m. to noon. $10 per person. Wear your brightest RED outfit and support the fight against heart disease.
